โดยรวมถ้าเทียบกับพื้นที่ ตัวบ้าน ทำเล ถือว่าแพงครับ

ด้านตะวันตกปลูกต้นแก้วหรือแก้วหิมาลัย พุ่มไม่ใหญ่มาก ดอกหอม สวย

ที่บ้านลงกันเกราต้นสูงประมาณ 4 เมตร  ทรงพุ่ม
กว้างประมาณ 2 เมตร ก็โอเคเลยนะค่ะ
บังแดดได้สบายเลยค่ะ

ปล.อยู่ยองฮิเหมือนกันค่ะ
